DHL, FedEx and UPS are internationally recognized and reliable courier services. However, we are not responsible for anything that happens after the order has been submitted for shipment, and we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Most products can be returned for a refund up to 30 days after the item has been shipped. Shipping costs must be paid by the customer. In order to receive a refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging.
We cannot accept returns on goods that have already been used and then sell them again. Perception of fragrances is very subjective and individual. We cannot guarantee that you will like a fragrance - everyone has different tastes. We try to describe each product fairly accurately, but if you are not sure you will like a fragrance, please buy a small amount or a sample set first.
